GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 02 years’ experience in similar capacity will be an advantage.
• Should have passed GCE (Advanced Level) in English or above.
• Age below 30.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office & Emails is must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct interaction with both existing customers and visitors to create good customer rapport follow-up.
• Responding to inquiries and addressing orders.
• Ability to handle high call volumes.
• Keep track of customer contacts, update customer records, schedule appointments and prepare & send systems reports via email.
• Maintain and update all customer databases and CRM records.
