Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the branch in achieving KPIs and business growth targets.
• Engage in customer onboarding and cross-selling bank products and services.
• Maintain superior service standards.
• Assist in achieving operational excellence and cost efficiency of the branch.
• Support the achievement of overall business targets.
• Ensure that the branch activities are in compliance with the bank’s policies and regulatory standards and assist in achieving the best audit ratings.

Experience & Qulaifications :

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking or finance industry.
• Full or part professional qualification from a recognized institute is preferred.
• Ability to converse in all three languages will be an added advantage.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Should have a good marketing mindset.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
