The selected candidate for the Management Assistant position will be employed on a salary point in the MA 1-1-2016 scale, which ranges from Rs. 27,910 to Rs. 48,540, plus the Cost of Living Allowance.

The selected candidate for the Audit Assistant position will be employed on a salary point in the MA 2-1-2016 scale, which ranges from Rs. 30,310 to Rs. 50,940, plus the Cost of Living Allowance.

The selected candidate for both positions will be entitled to an annual bonus, encashment of unutilized medical leave, a distress loan at a concessionary interest rate, and an attractive incentive scheme based on performance.

The maximum age limit for both positions is 45 years. However, the upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates.
