The minimum experience required is a minimum of 22 years for males and 15 years for females in the regular service of the Tri Forces or Special Task Force (STF) of Sri Lanka Police, with an unblemished and uninterrupted service. Specialized experience in specific fields such as Regiment, Infantry, Special Forces, Explosive, Provost, Weapon or Physical Training Instructor, Fire and Safety will be an added advantage.
Retired officers in the rank or above of Sergeant in Sri Lanka Army, Petty Officer in Sri Lanka Navy, Sergeant in Sri Lanka Air Force, or Sergeant Class I in Sri Lanka Police STF are eligible to apply.
The initial contract will be signed for one (01) year, and it can be renewed at the end of each year for a maximum period of three (03) years, based on the requirements of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) and individual performance.
The all-inclusive taxable remuneration is Rs.100,000/- per month. Additionally, the CBSL will contribute 12% of the salary to the Employees' Provident Fund and 3% to the Employees' Trust Fund.
The selection procedure includes a Written Examination, a Practical Test, and one or more interviews.
